Hyde Park & Surround – condo or house $500k +or-
Pierce Township – Ranch home with 1+ acres – $550k or less
Mt. Washington – Condo w/walkability up to $300k

West Clermont – up to $450k

Newtown – $300k or less for first time home buyer
