Quite often I have clients ask, “Jon, when are more homes coming onto to the market?”
The easiest tool for me to use is our local CincyMLS.
Here are some stats for $750k – $1m Sales in Forest Hills Schools in 2025.
Q1 – 5 solds
Q2 – 9 solds
Q3 – 24 solds
Q4 – 8 solds
Now, you have to work back a month of when the homes actually went to market/went pending. June and July were definitely the biggest months for closings.
