Hope you are enjoying the fall weather here in the Greater Cincinnati Area. The avg temps these weeks are in the 50’s if you are considering a move here. If you are considering a move to Northern Kentucky, take a look at the September stats from the Northern Kentucky MLS.

A few notes:

• Median sales price is up! Demand is still higher than supply.
• New listings and the inventory are slightly up. In 2024 we had an election year and that typically creates instability in the market, many sellers want to wait and see how if the new administration and keep the economy moving.
• Pending sales are up – consumer confidence continues to be high.
